He took care of the removal of old counter tops, sinks, mirrors and light fixtures and installed new mirrors and light fixtures along with tiling the bathrooms. Andrew was very professional and very patient with me after I incorrectly communicated to him how we wanted the tiles to be installed in the master bath.   • "I initially reached out to Andrew when we were renovating my bathroom back in January and when I removed my toilet we noticed the flange was cracked I reached out to FB and he was the first to respond to my plea for help. He was in and out in no time and his cost fit my budget. Months later we noticed a small leak and when we contacted him there were no questions or hesitation, he was over and corrected the leak. We were impressed then...but this past week he set himself ahead of all others. I noticed a leak coming from my water meter in my basement. I sent pictures and he responded right away that he was going to try to clear up his schedule to come and investigate. It was not long after that he suggested I reach out to the City of Kitchener first, and fortunately for us they came out to repair their meter at no cost. Andrew could of easily taken advantage of our plumbing ignorance and charged us for a visit but his integrity stood out and we now have a one stop call for any future repairs or renovations.
